You don’t need a road trip to Spain to recharge
Dear yoga enthusiast,
If you’re reading this, chances are you’re looking for a little peace.
You live in the city. You rush from one appointment to the next. Your calendar is full, and your mind even fuller. You’re great at keeping things going: for your work, for others, for the world.
But sometimes… there’s that quiet ache. A longing for nothingness. For a break from deadlines, phones, traffic, noise. But where do you go?
Everyone seems to be talking about retreats abroad. Maybe you’ve dreamed of one in Bali, but you’d rather not fly just to find rest. Maybe you’re feeling, “I want space. Breath. Silence. But without spending two days getting there.”
What you’re looking for is close by.
By the sea. In the sand. Under open skies.
With your bare feet in the dunes and your heart back home in yourself.
That's exactly why I
organize this Yoga Retreat
A weekend at the seaside, close by, but as if you were far away. Where you don't have to do anything and everything is allowed.
-
Yoga in the dunes and on the beach.
-
Breathwork and time for yourself.
-
Sauna, surfing and slowing down .
-
Healthy meals , like-minded people.
I know the feeling of urban unrest, which is exactly why I invite you for a long weekend of peace and space.

I know the feeling..
From rushing, chasing targets and packed schedules. That was my life, right in the heart of Amsterdam, in offices, within systems. Until I lost myself.
Fifteen years ago I started practicing yoga. In between the deadlines I slowly began to reconnect, with rest, breath and insight. The philosophy of yoga sank in deeply and became a way of life.
After an intensive yoga training I knew: this is what I want to share. I started teaching colleagues, and soon more requests followed. Now, years later, I teach with heart and soul at yoga studios, companies and festivals.
Where the pressure is highest, I bring softness.
My students' experience

Who is this yoga weekend for?
Especially for yoga lovers between 25 and 55. For those craving peace, nature, and a weekend just for themselves. No flight guilt, no long hours in the car, no packed schedule, just time to recharge by the sea.
Whether you’ve been practicing yoga for years or you’re rolling out your mat for the first time, everyone is welcome.
Coming alone? Perfect. With a friend? Sharing a cabin with someone new? Also great!

Fifteen years ago I stepped onto a yoga mat for the first time and was immediately moved by the deep power of breath, movement and stillness. What began during a journey through South America has grown into years of teaching experience at companies, yoga studios and festivals, including Surfana Festival.
I don't believe in perfection. My classes are honest and vulnerable, because I’m still learning every day myself. For me, teaching is not something fixed. It’s a personal journey where the philosophy of yoga continues to touch and inspire me.
My classes arise intuitively, often shaped by what is present in my own life at that moment. That authenticity invites connection, relaxation and recognition, something we can experience together during this beautiful weekend.

Helena Igel is a psychologist, breathwork coach, Tantra facilitator and co-founder of Integrated Tantra, but above all a passionate explorer of the true human experience. My journey began with psychology; yoga, meditation and Tantra helped me feel more deeply and led me toward a life rooted in greater freedom, authenticity and well-being.
Now, I create space for others who truly want to live and deepen their awareness. In an atmosphere of presence and safety, it’s all about genuine connection with yourself and with others, deep embodiment, and continuously meeting yourself anew.
