I provide mindfulness, yoga and breathwork as part of your existing program. You organize the event; I bring the mats and a moment of stillness.

Running, targets, graphic design, and packed schedules, that was my life, right in the heart of Amsterdam, working in an office. Until I lost myself...
Fifteen years ago, I started practicing yoga. Amid tight deadlines, I slowly found something again: calm, breath, insight. The philosophy seeped under my skin and became a way of life.
After intensive yoga training, I knew: this is what I want to share. I began teaching colleagues, and soon requests kept coming in. Now, years later, I teach from the heart because I understand how intense it can get.
